Post Bank – deployment of the WINGS platform and development of communications with customers
Before the deployment, Post Bank’s SMS messages to its customers were sent by many of its IT systems, i.e. each system interacted directly with providers. This was a challenge for the bank.
So, the bank had to deploy the WINGS SMS Gateway (one of the WINGS Notification Server modules), which serves as a single SMS point for all the banking systems.
Rostelecom – deployment of an omnichannel communications service
Rostelecom, a digital services provider, needed a solution that would implement an omnichannel communications service for its customers. The solution was to be deployed on Rostelecom’s infrastructure and used by all the company’s units to send messages to subscribers. Under the terms of the tender, the solution would support messaging via SMS, Viber, Email, Push, Telegram, WhatsApp, VK, Facebook, USSD channels with a phased commercial launching of the channels.
VTB Bank – deployment of SMS gateway
VTB Bank deployed the SMS module of the WINGS Notification Server on its infrastructure as a single SMS gateway for the bank’s various information systems, including remote banking systems.
SIM Telecom – deployment of a messaging platform (SMS, Push)
SIM Telecom needed to build its own messaging infrastructure to be independent of other messaging providers.
The company also wanted solutions to implement an omnichannel communications system that brings together disparate communication channels into a single system.
Beeline Kazakhstan – deployment of calls
To expand its services, mobile operator Beeline Kazakhstan needed a solution for personalized IVR calls during which the subscriber could quickly connect to the service being advertised.
Globacom – deployment of WINGS USSD Portal for a mobile operator in Nigeria
Globacom needed a solution that would enable it to quickly launch new USSD services and implement a USSD NI (Network Initiated) messaging service for its subscribers.

After deployment, Globacom was to receive an interactive communication channel, where both subscribers and the operator could initiate communication.
UZCARD launches WINGS-based USSD payment services
Uzbekistan's interbank payment system Uzcard has launched a payment USSD menu powered by the WINGS platform. This system allows you to pay for services, manage automatic payments, make transfers and money requests, check account balances, and others. The new payment service has expanded opportunities for customers by offering an updated mobile app MyUzcard operating via USSD in offline mode when there is no Internet connection.
Long-standing cooperation with Play Mobile
Since 2004, Play Mobile has been helping banks, payment systems, online stores and thousands of companies across Uzbekistan to implement customer communication systems.
In 2012, the company decided to replace its existing software from another vendor with a WINGS solution. They chose WINGS due to its greater flexibility and functionality. Moreover, the company wanted to expand the number of its customer interaction channels.
IBA Telecom – deployment of a messaging platform (SMS, E-mail and calls)
As part of the modernization of systems used by IBA Telecom, WINGS deployed a messaging platform with modules supporting SMS, E-mail, and calls.
Support for multiple communication channels in one product and years of proven reliability were the key factors why this software was chosen.
Partnerships with NIKITA Mobile
The first project that laid the foundation for long-term collaboration between Nikita Mobile and WINGS was the deployment of a VAS services platform in 2008. The platform's reliability and performance, and the ease of connecting partners through various protocols, have continued to enable the implementation of numerous projects till present.
